The Full Moon arrives on Saturday, December 10th at 6:36a PST.
With this Full Moon in the sign of Gemini opposite the Sun in Sagittarius, this is going to be a big one.
Sagittarius is rooted in the search for and revelation of truth. It understands that for freedom to truly be present, the truth needs to be revealed or discovered, known and shared. So when the Sun is in the sign of Sagittarius, it shines its light onto the Moon in Gemini, revealing the truth behind our thoughts and ideas and our communications of them.
In this Full Moon period, all that we really think about certain matters will come to light or will be communicated in a straight-forward if not blunt manner. This can be a very liberating time. It can also be a very painful time if we are not ready to deal with the real truth of the matters at hand.
Whichever way we experience the truth that comes to light, it gives us the space to grow and expand in its wake. The truth is never meant to hurt us – it really is meant to set us free.
To that point, look at your own life and acknowledge the areas of your life in which you do not feel free or in which you feel emotional or psychological pain or resentment. Ask yourself the following:
- How am I not being true to myself in this matter?
- How am I not telling myself the truth in this situation or in these circumstances such where I am experiencing pain or upset?
- How am I feeling held back or how do I not feel free in this area of my life?
Recognize that if you are not being true to yourself or if you are not telling yourself the truth about the matters at hand, you are not only lying to yourself – you are lying to others you are speaking your false truth to as well. So give yourself a chance to clean up the lies in your life – seize the opportunity this Full Moon cycle brings to you by facing and sharing your honest thoughts and feelings about the matters of you life.
Sagittarius’ influence is always a positive one when all is said and done. Therefore, almost anything you say or do with the intention of revealing the truth and claiming your freedom can and will likely benefit you in the long run…and will likely do so in a major and possibly life-altering way. Sagittarius never does anything on a small scale, so even small steps could have big results or bring about big changes to your life.
So in the next 2-3 days, take the risk to put your truth out there and set yourself free. See what opens up for you in the wake of your revelations. Big revelations bring bigger openings for positive new opportunities in your life.
