As may of you may be aware, there was a thing going around on the internet back in August about a 3-planet alignment over the Great Pyramids of Giza on December 3rd, 2012.
The picture spread around at the time was obviously a manufactured picture since the event had not occurred. There was a great possibility that the reality would not look anything like that, and well…it didn’t.
In reality, the planets were in more of a vertical alignment, and the closest any of us could get to seeing the image as it was promoted would be to view the pyramids from the south toward the north. However, even then, Mercury, Venus, and Saturn – the planets involved in the alignment – would appear to be more in a vertical line than horizontal.
Here is the “manufactured visual” (created by Charles Marcello) and the actual visual (taken this morning in Spain by Roma Massot) for you to see the difference. Keep in mind, there is yet to be a picture released of the actual vertical planetary configuration over the Giza Pyramids themselves (probably due to fog or overcast weather in the region):
Now, astrology and astronomy always coordinate to a large degree as the placement of the planets is crucial to both sciences. However, this is how astronomy and astrology may actually intertwine with ancient lore in this case.
Three ancient civilizations made the construction of and use of pyramids central to their daily lives – the Aztecs (North America/northern and central Mexico), the Egyptians (northeastern Africa), and the Mayans (North America/southern Mexico and Central America). All three, as most ancient and indigenous civilizations, were very in tune with astronomy as the stars and planets let them know what time of year it was, and therefore, when to plant and harvest crops, when to hunt, etc. They also noticed what types of events would happen when certain things showed up in the sky, thus forming the origins of astrology.
Now with the Aztecs, Egyptians, and Mayans, they all were extraordinary mathematicians as well, which is why they were able to conceive and build their respective pyramids. However, out of the three civilizations, the Egyptians were the most successful in their construction of “perfect” pyramids.
All of the pyramids were constructed to have their energy and power focused at the top or the point, closer to the Gods. However, unlike the Aztecs and Mayans who had tiers and/or steps and flat tops (with temples or open surfaces at the tops in order for various rituals to be performed), the Egyptian pyramids had “smooth sides” and their pyramids supposedly had a pristine white glow due to the limestone used to build them.
Nevertheless, the idea here is that pyramids were created by three very different civilizations in very different parts of the world with one very similar intent – transcending the earthly human experience for a spiritual and/or energetic one. And out of the three, the Egyptians are arguably considered the most successful in achieving their goal (per construction), with others citing the Mayans (per the civilization’s mysterious “disappearance” and enduring calendar).
This morning’s Giza Alignment came as the precursor to yet another December 21st, 2012 prophecy – the rebirth of the Egyptian god, Osiris. Though not as well-known as the end of the Mayan calendar, this prophecy also foreshadows a major transformative shift in the consciousness of humanity on what seems to be a very fateful day.
At this point you may be saying, “This is all nice to know, but what does any of this have to do with me?”
