Mercury in Pisces continues its retrograde motion, and conjuncted with the Sun in Pisces earlier this morning at 4:52a PST. As I mentioned in previous posts, Mercury Retrograde in Pisces may be bringing challenges for you in your abilities to concentrate or to focus on the matters at hand as you may be finding yourself easily distracted by your emotions or feelings, or by your questions about your own spirituality and/or acceptance of Universal Truths.
Today, under Mercury Retrograde’s conjunction with the Pisces Sun, you may finally start getting some clarity about where this is all going as this conjunction may bring a few answers to Light. The concerns you may be having such as ”I don’t have a vision yet” or “I don’t know what I want to do” or “I don’t know how to do that” and the like – today is a wonderful day for answers and clarity to begin coming forth.
The Sun can be counted on to bring things that have been kept in the darkness or hidden in your subconscious to Light. Under Pisces, this is an especially interesting experience because the things that come to Light may be very real or very unreal or surreal, and is usually something revealed to you in a way only you would recognize as a confirmation or answer. Since retrogrades focus the energy of a planet inward or into our inner consciousness, Mercury has had us all thinking and feeling about our personal dreams, visions, and desires to find our life purpose and honor our call to loving and/or Divine service. The answers or resolutions to some of your questions and concerns may come as the Sun’s Light from the outside helps illuminate the Truth within yourself today, helping you see you way more clearly now.
Some of these mysteries may be about outside influences or experiences, though – people you’ve been thinking about, circumstances you’ve been assessing, etc. You may find that what is revealed to you or awakened in you is in one of those areas that you’ve been pondering for a while. Even if it’s not, what does come to Light may have an effect on the subject(s) you have been focused on. Wherever this Mercury Retrograde-Sun conjunction occurs in your personal astrology chart is an area of your life where you may have some information revealed to you today.
For example, in my natal chart, this conjunction occurs in my 7th house of one-on-one relationships and partnerships so I may gain some clarity about one or more of my relationships/partnerships today or about my partnership ideals. In my progressed chart, this conjunction occurs in my 6th house so something may be revealed to me about my ability to bring about the development of my dream job or certain visions I hold about my day-to-day life.
There’s no indication whether the revelations or information that comes will make things easier or more challenging. It only indicates that the Sun will likely bring Light to the circumstances that Mercury Retrograde has been poring over since its retrograde motion began last week.

Do I look at where Pisces is in my chart to know how this affects me?
Hi Melody,
Yes. The house placement will give you a sense of where these revelations may occur for you. The transit happened at approximately 14 degrees Pisces, so if Pisces overlies a cusp (meaning it is present in two houses), whichever house has 14 degrees Pisces in it is specifically where you could look for insight.
You may also take a peek at where Neptune is in your own natal chart, since it rules Pisces and will also have an effect.
