You can schedule your session by booking your session at lifebysoul.com/sessions. Payment for the session will be required in-full through the booking system. Payments are accepted through Square or PayPal, and you should be able to choose either payment processor at checkout.

In the case of a rescheduled session, your original payment will be applied. There is no additional payment required for rescheduling your session. However, please note the following:

• Once you are within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will need to contact Grace by email at info@lifebysoul.com or by phone at 408.658.0860 to reschedule or cancel.
• For Tarot or Mentoring sessions, cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the session will receive a maximum 75% refund.
• For ALL non-Tarot or Mentoring sessions, cancellation more than one week/seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation within one week but more than 24 hours of the scheduled session will receive a 75% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the session will receive a maximum 50% refund. The ratio-based refunds are due to the fact that preparation work is required for these sessions, and in the case of a last-minute cancellation, the session prep work has already been done.

There may be exceptions for acts of nature or medical emergency situations. Please contact Grace at info@lifebysoul.com or 408.658.0860 if your reason for cancellation is one of these conditions.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you are 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled session, it is considered a missed appointment. No refund will be given for a missed appointment except in case of medical emergencies or acts of nature.

• If we are meeting by phone or by web, please give yourself plenty of time to call-in or login for our session.
• If we are meeting in-person, please give yourself plenty of time while considering traffic and parking.

If I am meeting you in-person and I am more than 15 minutes late for your session for any reason, I will refund 50% of your session. If I need to cancel (and not reschedule) your session, I will fully refund you for your session.

NO SUBSTITUTES POLICY

Due to the preparation required, Life by Soul® Astrology, Numerology, or Soul Realignment® sessions cannot be exchanged or substituted for other services such as Tarot or mentoring.

Scheduled Life by Soul® Astrology and Numerology sessions are intended for the originally-scheduled person/subject. NO client substitutions are accepted once the session has been scheduled.
