A few weeks ago, I mentioned how the time of Sun in Capricorn would bring an energy of ambition and goal-orientation to the mix. This year, it maybe more so because we are becoming ‘extra’ clear in the wake of the once-in-a-lifetime Winter Solstice-Total Lunar Eclispe-Full Moon in Gemini event of last week. Any interactions that were unclear or inconclusive at the time of the Eclipse-Solstice Full Moon have become (or are becoming) clear in the next few days, and communications that were hidden are beginning to be exposed (if they haven’t been already). The clarity and exposures help us light the way to what we are committed to creating our lives to be, and we may find that we are able to articulate it in great detail and with deep feeling as we set the record straight in regard to what we initially wanted to communicate – communications that were misunderstood or missed all together…if we even communicated them at all. In the wake of the confusion and chaos of Mercury Retrograde and the Eclipse-Solstice Full Moon, if we’ve learned anything, we’ve come to an understanding of just how poor or inadequate our communications may have been up to that point in the matters that are important to us.
It’s interesting how the WikiLeaks fiasco is coming to a head at this time, under these influences, revealing the information and intentions and true feelings and thoughts of the people and institutions which shape our world on the national and international stages. This debacle is a perfect large-scale example of what is happening on a smaller scale for most of us. There is no denying that the purposes of the communications, the intentions in exposing/revealing them, and how the people involved are being treated and/or dealt with (for better or worse) are having a major impact on how we see the world and how the press, media institutions, our government agencies, and our governments and nations relay that information to us and to each other. On the smaller and more personal scale, the cosmic influences are affecting how and with whom we exchange communications with the people in our lives.
The truth is coming out now, whether we like it or not, and many of the secrets and confidences that we took for granted would be kept are now being compromised. This is a time in which you will find out exactly who you are, but also who you can (or want to) trust. Distinctions between what is real and false will be made more often now and more easily than ever. And these revelations will help you get clear about who you want to be and who you want to be with from here forward…if you aren’t already clear.
It’s a beautiful thing, the timing of these disclosures. As we prepare for the upcoming New Year, we have the opportunity to create our visions and goals for our new year based upon truth and honesty and the reality of our matters in the present moment. There is still room for our dreams and aspirations, yet our dreams are tempered with substance – we are able to face the tangible reality of where we are right now personally, globally, and spiritually- transcendently, and to declare our objectives and create our plans and paths to them from here rather than from where we wish we were or where we may have deluded ourselves into believing we are. Our goals for 2011, unlike previous resolutions, may actually be feasible and manifest for us not because we are underestimating ourselves, but rather, because we are acknowledging and accepting where we are starting from.
That said, enjoy this last week of 2010. Make the most of it by creating a great vision for yourself and your life for 2011 and beyond as we are coming out of the dark into the Light of a New Year and what may be the begining stages of a New World!
