The True Nodal Axis ingress to the Aquarius North Node and the Leo South Node occurs at 5:46p PDT on Sunday, 26th July 2026. At this moment, the focus of our collective karma shifts to how we can evolve humanity. This will be a marked shift away from the celebration of individuals for individuality’s sake, and a shift toward the celebration of individuals contributing their uniqueness and originality to something greater than themselves alone.
Aquarius is ruled by Saturn in traditional astrology, but ruled by Uranus in contemporary astrology. In its traditional ruling, sharing a ruler with Capricorn, Aquarius can represent social institutions and structures, like corporations and broadcast/mainstream journalism outlets which can create popular trends, but can also lead to “group think” or frameworks for promoting propaganda. Yet in the modern era, Uranus gives Aquarius more free rein. enabling Aquarius to also represent human ingenuity, technological innovation, and shifts in societal consciousness (potentially mass awakening). Aquarius is not only evolutionary energy – it has the potential to be rogue, rebellious, and revolutionary if necessary.
The North Node in Aquarius means that our collective karmic direction is movement toward the evolution of humanity. We are being asked to wake up to humanity’s highest potential, and that includes waking up to our own individual potential within our communities, our societies, and our world. As individuals, we can choose whether or not we want to move forward and upward courageously and collaboratively, or whether we would rather stay with what is familiar.
Leo, ruled by the only Zodiac luminary, the Sun, draws attention like a flame attracts moths. It is the light that draws attention, yet this can also make it needy and persistent when it is not getting attention. This is something to make note of during these next 20 months of Aquarius North Node and Leo South Node – this is NOT a time for seeking attention for yourself above others. This will be a time for figuring out then performing your unique role in collaboration with others.
The South Node in Leo means that focusing on our individual self-expression to garner attention for our individual selves is something we are being pulled away from for the time being. This is not to say that our individual self-expression doesn’t matter, or that our individuality cannot be acknowledged – it means that our individuality may find more value when we can find a unique role within a greater effort and/or purpose. We may notice that when we bring attention to ourselves in ways which inspire & improve the lives of others as well, progress & success may come more easily for us.
This is also a time in which those who are awakening to and awareness of the conditions and challenges of the masses will receive more acknowledgment and respect from the masses than those choosing to remain ignorant or oblivious to or avoidant of the challenges others are facing. A “we” mindset makes a lot more progress and garners a lot more good will than a “me” mindset. Those with solutions for all will be popularly embraced, while those who are only for themselves and “their kind” will likely be shamed &/or shunned by the masses.
As result, this could very well mark the end of celebrity culture as it was defined by prior generations, and the beginning of “celebrity” being perceived as what one can do to the benefit of many rather than the benefit of themselves alone. The social champions of these next 20 months will be those who champion the well-being & progress of all, not only a select few.
These nodes may also mark a period of significant technological innovation & progression – a powerful mini-industrial age of sorts – and these inventions will be measured by how effectively they benefit both humanity & the planet. Will they raise the standard & quality of life for everyone globally, or will they only benefit only those whose power is self-focused and driven by ego?
As these dynamics play out, we will find out if we as humanity will choose to meet the challenges that arise both technologically and (social) institutionally. Will the masses challenge or confront the powers-that-be, or will the powers-that-be effectively control the masses through the technologies available to them now? Will the technology succeed in replacing humanity, or will humanity itself rise to override the efforts to replace genuine human ingenuity and creativity with technological imposters and imitations?
This will be a decisive time for humanity. I say “decisive” because there is an element of this that is cutting off other options by making the choices we make now. There will be no backtracking. There will be no “take-backs” or “do-overs” with our choices made during these next twenty months, especially the choices we make right at the beginning of this period while we’re still under the influence of “Barbault’s Basket”. We will have to live with the decisions we make right now, and how we choose to address the outcomes of our decisions made now will not only be up to us, but also up to younger/future generations now and to come.
Yes, that’s how significant this time is.
That said, we will make our choices – individually (in our own personal lives) and collectively (in our choices with and for others) – and we will discover the outcomes of what we’ve individually and collectively chosen for ourselves & each other over these next few months. The feedback will be swift and clear, as will the steps we may need to take to face and deal with (or rectify) our choices.
This current incarnation of the Aquarius-Leo Nodal Axis will be in effect now through 26th March 2028.
