When we experienced the Taurus New Moon-Solar Eclipse on 23rd October 2014, we discussed how it would hold new promises in its shadows. Under this 2014 Taurus Full Moon (at its fullest at 2:22p PST today, 6th November 2014), we now get to realize what some if not all of those promises are.
This 2014 Taurus Full Moon is about the revelation of what has been lurking just beneath the surface, ready to emerge, ready to be born into existence. There is no more speculation, no more mystery. There are no more secrets to be withheld. The only thing that speaks now is manifest reality and its infallible truth.
Don’t be scared! Just because things may be rising up from the dark waters of your emotional and spiritual depths doesn’t mean that what comes up will also be dark or evil. It may be your brilliant Light that emerges from the depths, ready to shine upon after being hidden for so long. Whatever comes up, know that it’s all good. Even if it may not seem like it in the moment, it will all be good in the end.
The Taurus Full Moon helps us see what we really have and where we really stand in the matters of our lives and lifestyles. It helps us understand how we may be denying ourselves what we physically, materially, and financially need to establish or maintain our basic comfort if not our basic survival. The 2014 Taurus Full Moon helps us tangibly experience what we truly and deeply feel about ourselves and our lifestyles – this is where and when we ask ourselves what we’ve got and what we’re going to do with or about it all.
The 2014 Taurus Full Moon will be sextile to Chiron in Pisces and the Scorpio Sun will be trine Chiron at the time the Moon is at its fullest (all at 13°). This reveals that there is a great deal of emotional and spiritual healing that can be realized as result of this coming-to-terms with one’s lifestyle circumstances. Anyone with any bodies or points in their natal or progressed charts at or near 13° in an earth or water sign may experience this energy as a welcome realization of what to purge from and/or embrace in their lives in order to move forward and upward.
The Full Moon will also make a sextile transit with Pluto in Capricorn (which is at 11°). This is an indication that the healing that is possible through facing and accepting one’s current living conditions and circumstances may not only be available on an individual level, but also on a collective level. Wounds left open as result of the dissolution or destruction of traditions or institutions that have been phased out or cleared out in the name of social and societal transformation could be re-exposed now. However, the exposure of these wounds could mark the beginning of a profound humanity-healing journey during this 2014 Taurus Full Moon.
Not to be overlooked, the Taurus Full Moon will also make an exact semi-sextile transit to Uranus Retrograde in Aries at 13°. Whatever surfaces is the result of our individual and collective efforts to re-discover and/or claim our autonomy and independence while maintaining a place in the collective whole. The flurry of rebellious uprisings that have occurred throughout this calendar year may begin to bear some fruit – we may begin to see the outcomes of our actions in these matters for better and worse.
