There’s been so much happening astrologically and numerologically over the last couple of weeks! Let’s dive in to recap it all.
The first of the three grand trines during this two-week period was most exact on 24th March (an 8 universal day), and involved Aries Sun, Leo Juno, and Sagittarius Saturn Retrograde making it a fire grand trine. Through this configuration, many of the ways you may be stopping yourself from aligning with your inner truth and your true life path were revealed. You likely experienced a hyper-awareness of the things that have you feeling held back and/or held down in your life. Some of these things are your promises or commitments; some of them are people and your relationships with them; some of them are due to boundaries others have set in place, forcing you to redirect your energies in different directions OR they may be due to boundaries you have failed to place or uphold in order to protect yourself. The influence of this grand trine was felt 22nd through 27th March, and was a very powerful and impacting presence.
Venus in Taurus was busy for a couple of days in the afterglow the fire grand trine, first making square aspect with Jupiter Retrograde in Leo on 27th March (an 11 universal day), then making trine aspect with Black Moon Lilith in Virgo on 28th March (a 3 universal day). The Venus-Jupiter square may have helped you become more aware of the people who are blocking your path or keeping you from shining your Light. The Venus-Lilith trine may have helped you find a remarkably simple and practical way of working through and moving or growing beyond them.
The Venus-Lilith trine helped compose the second of the grand trines in this two-week period was most exact on 29th March (a 4 universal day) – an earth grand trine involving Taurus Venus, Virgo Black Moon Lilith, and Capricorn Pluto felt 31st March through late 2nd April. Though it was exciting to have a major configuration in grounding and centering earth energy, the players involved were anything but effective in the grounding and centering process. Black Moon Lilith served to remind us of the things in our lives that are not working or aren’t working as well as they could be. Pluto reminded us of what old practices and institutions still need to be cleared out of our lives, and Venus brought to our attention the relationships we choose to participate in which may be bringing or sustaining inequalities, injustices, or other off-balance circumstances in our lives. The 4 energy on its peak day affirmed the desire to stabilize or secure a solid foundation, and helps us better recognize the solidity of the foundation we currently have.
Mercury moved into Aries on 30th March (a 5 universal day), boosting the firepower already in play by joining the Sun, Mars, Juno, Jupiter, Saturn Retrograde, and Uranus in the fire element signs. In Aries, Mercury is spontaneous, impulsive, and assertive. With Mercury moving through the sign until 14the April, if there have been things you’ve wanted to say, you may find the courage to say them under this influence. However, you may also feel the need to say what you need to say impulsively without any thought of their impact until after the fact. Your words are also more likely to support or initiate action during this time – these can be “fighting words”, and what you think and speak in the heat of the moment may end up getting you and/or others up in arms.
The inferno significantly eases, though, as Mars left its sign of rulership (Aries) to enter Taurus the following day, 31st March (a 6 universal day). Though it isn’t as impulsive or feisty in this sign, it does become more deliberate, methodical, and intentional in its actions. Mars in Taurus may cause us to be less spontaneous or less likely to react in the moment, but don’t let its slower pace fool you. Under Mars in Taurus, people know exactly what they’re doing and why they’re doing it.
Numerologically speaking, we entered a 3 universal Month on 1st April, bringing us into Aries 3 energy on a 4 universal day. This brings the vibe of an enthusiastic student, eager to learn what they need to know in order to expand their understanding of the world around them so they can do what they want or need to do to expand their presence in that world. You may find yourself seeking activities and taking initiative actions to increase and solidify your knowledge and understanding of the world.
The third of the three grand trines was another fire grand trine most exact on 2nd April (a 5 universal day) and is felt 31st March through 3rd April. Leo Juno and Sagittarius Saturn Retrograde are involved again, only this time, the Aries position in the configuration is filled by the recent qualifying arrival of Mercury. In this grand trine, your actions reveal what you really think, and your efforts to talk yourself out of any predicaments your impulsive actions may end up being more inflammatory than calming. That said, if you aren’t setting fires and burning bridges with your words, you may find that your bark has a bit more bite to it as you stand up for yourself and your commitment to living into your authentic self in these next few weeks.
Ceres moved into Aquarius on 3rd April (a 6 universal day), shifting the focus of your values from defining success in the face of societal change to the value of personal freedom and individual self-expression within your social collective/community and possibly within the whole of humanity. How much do you value your ability to be yourself in the world, and how much does the world value your self-expression? This next few weeks of Ceres in Aquarius will have you confronting those issues for yourself and for others.
